Sanctuary Gallery Open 20x20 Show 2014

About:

Open Show 2014 is the Artists Sanctuary Gallery’s annual international 20x20 open submissions exhibition, this year taking place from 9th June - 5th July. The exhibition aims to investigate diverse contemporary art practice, providing a platform for today’s emerging and established artists. Submissions are welcome from artists working within any 2D medium and there is the opportunity to submit up to 3 individual artworks up to 20”x20” to be considered for selection. 20X20 Open Show 2014 is selected and curated by the Sanctuary Gallery curatorial team, with one exhibiting artist chosen as the year’s Open Show winner by a panel of established artists and curators. The prize for the 2014 Open Show winner is a free solo exhibition at Sanctuary Gallery in 2014-15, providing the artist with the opportunity to create a new body of work for exhibition with the support of Sanctuary Gallery.

Submission Fee:

For each individual artwork submitted there is a non-refundable administration fee.

This year’s fees are:

1 artwork submitted - £7.50

2 artworks submitted - £14

3 artworks submitted - £20

7th - 19th July Collection of Artworks

How to enter:

Please send the following:

1. A completed entry form

2. At least one image for each individual submission. (Please ensure images are in Jpeg format and clearly labelled with name and title of each artwork)

3. An artist Statement (250 words maximum) in word or PDF format

4. An up to date artists CV

5. To pay, please follow the PayPal link on our website. Sanctuary Gallery will automatically be sent confirmation from PayPal once you have paid. Please remember to include your transaction reference in the application form.
